Plot Summary:Felix's rival for Miss Kitty has a brand-new motor scooter, and to compete with that, Felix builds a soapbox racer to enter in the local derby. The racer is powered by Skiddoo the mouse, and when his rival discovers this, he hatches a plan to win both the race and Miss Kitty.
